The Decider Skills (12 skills) are like a shorter version of the 32-skills mental health online training course. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to teach you skills to understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions. This helps you keep track of and handle your emotions and mental health.
CBT and DBT have been proven to work for different mental health challenges. This training course gives you skills to make useful changes, like dealing with stress, managing your feelings, being more aware, communicating better, and living a more thoughtful, less impulsive life.
We take complicated psychology ideas and turn them into easy, memorable skills. The Decider Skills training is done in a fun and original way, making it easy to learn. We show you how to use the skills through demonstrations.
The Decider LifeSkills course is made to be practical mental health training. It has 12 skills based on CBT and DBT that help individuals and groups improve their wellbeing.
