MHFA Courses
Practical Mental Health First Aid Skills for People Supporting Others
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips people with clear, practical skills to recognise early signs of mental distress, respond with confidence, and support others to access appropriate help.
Training on the Go delivers accredited MHFA courses online across Australia, supporting workplaces and schools to build confidence, consistency, and shared responsibility around mental health.
Why Mental Health First Aid Matters
In workplaces and schools, people often notice when something feels off — yet feel unsure how to respond.
MHFA training provides:

✓ Confidence to respond early, before concerns escalate

This supports psychological safety, reduces uncertainty, and strengthens everyday wellbeing across teams and school communities.
