Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours. It is widely used to treat various mental health issues by helping individuals develop healthier coping mechanisms and more positive ways of thinking.

CBT helps enhance self-awareness by encouraging individuals to examine and comprehend their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. In structured sessions, individuals learn to pinpoint and challenge negative thought patterns, gaining insight into their thought processes and cultivating a more accurate perception of themselves and their experiences.
