A Mental Health First Aid Course is an evidence-based training course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health issues. It equips you to help someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

Standard Mental Health First Aid courses can be delivered either Face-to-Face (12 hours) or  in blended formats including some e-learning materials tailored to either workplaces or community settings. Participants can select their preferred setting when organising Blended Online or Blended Face-to-Face instructor-led delivery of this course (2 components, eLearning & instructor-led sessions).
