Shirralee Sisson
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Licensed Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Shirralee brings over 28 years’ experience working across the mental health field, with extensive experience supporting companies, schools, justice settings, and community environments. She has also spent ten years delivering Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) training.
Shirralee is a Principal Master Instructor within the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) framework. This designation applies specifically to MHFA courses and reflects her advanced experience in delivering, mentoring, and upholding MHFA training standards.
Her work is grounded in a strong understanding of how mental, physical, and social wellbeing intersect in everyday life and work.
Shirralee’s facilitation approach is practical, respectful, and outcome-focused, with particular emphasis on:
- Early recognition and response
- Psychologically safe conversations
- Clear role boundaries and escalation pathways
- Building shared capability rather than individual dependence

Chloe brings a thoughtful and approachable style to her facilitation, shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Her background spans psychology, education, and frontline roles, supporting her ability to connect with participants across different environments and responsibilities.
Her work centres on helping participants develop understanding, confidence, and clarity when responding to mental health concerns. Chloe creates learning spaces where people feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting on their role, and practising skills that can be applied appropriately in real situations.
She focuses on supporting participants to:
- Build mental health literacy
- Gain confidence responding early and appropriately
- Understand boundaries and escalation pathways
